Supergirl Episode 319 Review

Hey guys, it's Sairam. This is going to be a spoiler review to Supergirl season 3 episode 19 "The Fanatical".

So all you Karamel lovers here me out. I also am a Karamel lover. In season 2 I cheered for Mon-el when he kissed Kara in "Medusa". I loved it at the end of "Luthors" when Kara admits that she loved him. And I most certainly loved that they made up at the end of "Mr. & Mrs. Mxyzptlk" and finally kissed. I hated that he left in the finale and the idiot came back with a wife. She slapped him with words in episode 15. And now they are going to find the stone.

Back to the episode. Mon-el gives some advice to Kara about how to handle her relationship with Lena. There's this weird triangle with Kara, Lena and Supergirl. Lena hates Supergirl because she asked James to go behind Lena's back about the kryptonite, so they aren't exactly chummy. Lena and Kara are the best of friends but Supergirl and Lena are not friendly at all. Kara is kinda scared about her friendship and Mon-el tries to help.

Ruby and My'rann are better. Ruby helps him cope and teaches him Foosball. Alex dyes Ruby's hair blue. Which in my opinion is AWESOME! Ruby copes with her mom being Reign and Alex explains that a lot of people are working on helping Sam. Ruby feels reassured and is better overall since her knew her mom turned full on worldkiller.

Towards the very end, J'onn asks Mon-el why he stayed. Mon-el confirms that he tried to bury his feelings for Kara, but Imra could see through them. He said that she told him to stay in the present and figure out his feelings for Kara. And they set off the find the stone which will hopefully turn Reign back into Sam. The next episode will surely be Karamel centered. They might be back together by season 4.

This episode is also Guardian centered. It shows the disadvantage of being a black man. The police almost killed James after he was unmasked as Guardian. Coville's followers make a new worldkiller. And Mike is back. The part where Mon-el followed Tanya and pretended to be a stupid person, it was the most hilarious part of the whole entire episode and Kara is praising Mon-el and it gave me the old Mon-el vibes.

This episode also has Lena and Winn working together. I know it's not important but, they are a really good team. They find out that Reign is starting to become immune to kryptonite.

Okay, that is all for now. If you have any suggestions comment on this post or go to the blog page on my website and comment down below the post.
