Arrowverse Shows and Release Dates

Hello. This is going to be the show release dates for the CW 2018-19.

Lets start with Supergirl, my personal favorite show. It will start Season 4 on Sunday, October 14th. Also just a note it is my BIRTHDAY!! I am so happy that my favorite show is releasing on my birthday!!! Supergirl starts after all the other shows. Almost two weeks after Legends of Tomorrow. Also Supergirl will be the first show of every week as it is on Sunday, 8/7 C. Supergirl will be having 22 episodes this season like Season 2.

Next, The Flash my second favorite show. It will start Season 5 on Tuesday, October 9th. This will start coinciding with Arrow. The Flash will be having 22 episodes. Which is new because the past 3 seasons have had 23 episodes each.

Speaking of Arrow, it starts Season 7 on Monday, October 8th. This is a new one for Arrow because, it has always been on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Arrow will also have 22 episodes which is new.

Legends of Tomorrow Season 4 releases a week ahead of everyone else, on Monday, October 1st. Legends of Tomorrow will have 16 episodes like the first season.

I don't know what CW is doing, I think they want to shorten the Seasons so the other shows can take over. It's weird. I am still wondering why Legends has such a short season. They probably didn't have a big idea. For Arrow and Flash, I think they changed the episode count because everyone didn't want a filler episode. Supergirl and Legends, I think were're used to it. They changed the episode count every year. Supergirl in Season 1 had 20 episodes on CBS. They changed the company, so for Season 2, they made it 22 episodes. For Season 3 they decided to do 23 episodes. As written above, you can see that Season 4 will have 22 episodes as Season 2. Legends increased an episode every year, Season 1 has 16, Season 2 17, and Season 3 18. Season 4 will jump back to 16.
